The Sourdough
Hand mixed, hand shaped, and baked to order in small batches. Our sourdough goes through an 18 hour cold ferment before it ever sees the oven, the kind of time that builds real flavor. Scored by hand, baked in a Dutch oven, and wrapped with intention. This is bread worth slowing down for. Need it pre-sliced? Just leave us a note at checkout and we will do our best.
