Shokupan is Japan's soft milk bread, pillowy in texture, moist, with just a hint of sweetness. It's perfect on its own, or turned into a great french toast or egg salad sandwich. Wrapped by hand in paper and tied with cloth, it's our first stop on a journey that goes somewhere new every month. Because good bread has no borders. This is our whorl'd.

Hand mixed, hand shaped, and baked to order in small batches. Our sourdough goes through an 18 hour cold ferment before it ever sees the oven, the kind of time that builds real flavor. Scored by hand, baked in a Dutch oven, and wrapped with intention. This is bread worth slowing down for. Need it pre-sliced? Just leave us a note at checkout and we will do our best.

Our cinnamon rolls, baked fresh to order and never ahead. Choose your count: one large roll for you, a pair if you're feeling generous, or a full six, sized a little smaller so there's enough to go around. Good luck with the sharing part, whichever you pick.
